EMEQ’s Quality Plan defines the Quality Planning for the whole project and is the principal quality management system documentation intended for the project. The main objective of the quality control plan is to provide best quality of construction to the satisfaction of the client.
The plan demonstrates that project management has specified the project policies and objectives, establish a system of procedures to accomplish them, assigned duties, delegated authority and set up necessary inspection, testing and examination.
